How the Collective Works
The BrandKramp Collective meets in a hybrid format, combining in-person gatherings in Glastonbury, Connecticut with virtual access for members joining from anywhere.
Inside the Collective, members work together through structured conversations, strategic thinking tools, and goal cycles designed to help entrepreneurs move forward with clarity and momentum.
I’m Aileen, founder of BrandKramp™.
After years of being part of traditional business and networking groups, I felt like something was missing. I wanted the conversations to go deeper, the ideas to get bigger, and accountability to actually lead to action.
So I created the BrandKramp Collective.
Over the past year, I’ve watched this group become exactly what I hoped it could be — a place where experienced business owners and leaders can bring what they’re working on, talk through what’s getting in the way, challenge their thinking, celebrate the wins, and keep moving forward.
And quite frankly, it’s been awesome.
